Terms of service.

RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATIONS

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a 50% fee added to your next appointment. We ask that you reschedule your appointment within the same month.

LATE ARRIVALS

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be imposed with a $45 fee and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled/cancelled.

NO SHOWS

In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 100% of the missed service. No Call/No Show will not be able to book any future appointments.

BOOKING

Salon books open the last Sunday of every month. If the time and date you wish to book is unavailable please add yourself to the waitlist calendar. Once the slot comes available you will receive a new appointment email/text.

KIDS IN THE SALON

To guarantee the comfort of all of our clients, we do not allow children in the salon. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and may incur a late cancelation fee.

PRIVACY POLICY

Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. We do not, under any circumstances, share this information with third-parties.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear masks or get your temperature tested.

PRICING

Our salon pricing may occasionally vary. For accurate pricing please request a in-salon consultation.

PAYMENT POLICY

At this time we do not require deposits, we expect cash and card payments via our booking site.

REFUND POLICY

If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, we’d like to make it right.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

NO GUESTS

We kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied for your appointment.

All Services, Products & deposits are Non-refundable.
